Fictional property

Tamaga Hotel is fictional.

It has no physical address, rooms, employees, availability, star rating, reviews or legal capacity to supply accommodation.

Tamga, Issyk-Kul and the wider geography are real. The fictional hotel should not be understood as an operating business in or near the village.

Purpose of the demo

The site demonstrates Tamaga Hospitality, including:

• hotel and destination content;
• room and Offer modelling;
• BEE Hotel and Commerce workflows;
• CRM and relationship management;
• structured data;
• multilingual publishing;
• booking and communication interfaces.
   

Test reservations

A reservation created through this site:

• is a test record;
• does not reserve accommodation;
• does not guarantee a room;
• does not create a contract with a hotel;
• cannot be presented to a transport provider, insurer or authority as a valid booking;
• may be reset or deleted as part of demo maintenance.
   

Test confirmations should be visibly marked [DEMO].

Payments

The demo does not intentionally accept real accommodation payment.

Do not enter genuine card details or send money in response to a demo booking.

Any production payment demonstration must use a provider’s test environment and clearly labelled test credentials.

Accuracy

The implementation is designed to model realistic hospitality content and workflows.

Because the hotel is fictional:

• rates are illustrative;
• availability is synthetic;
• policies are examples;
• people and relationships are invented;
• services are not available for purchase.
   

Real-place destination information is reviewed in good faith but may change. Travelers should verify transport, access, safety and operating conditions with current authoritative sources.

Permitted use

Users may explore the public demo and create ordinary test records for evaluation.

Users must not:

• submit unlawful or harmful content;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• overload or disrupt the service;
• upload real sensitive guest information without permission;
• represent Tamaga Hotel as a real property;
• copy the demo’s identity to create a misleading hotel listing;
• use test confirmations fraudulently.
   

Intellectual property

The final terms should identify ownership and licensing for:

• Tamaga names and marks;
• site design;
• original copy;
• generated and commissioned media;
• Drupal and contributed open-source software;
• third-party fonts, icons and libraries.
   

Open-source software remains governed by its applicable licence.

Third-party links and services

The demo may link to maps, documentation, payment test environments, partner sites or source material.

Their availability, security and content are governed by their respective operators.

Availability of the demonstration

The demo may be changed, reset, suspended or withdrawn without guaranteeing preservation of test records.

It should not be used as a production reservation archive.

Liability

The final limitation clause must be drafted for the operator’s jurisdiction.

At minimum, the published terms should state clearly that users must not rely on the fictional property for travel, accommodation, safety, immigration, payment or insurance decisions.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy notice.

Governing law and disputes
