What is included

The clearest room is the one whose price does not need decoding. This page separates what every stay includes, what belongs only to a particular room or offer, and what can be arranged for an additional charge.

Included in every standard stay

Every standard room rate includes:

  • the confirmed room type for the booked dates;
  • a private shower room and WC;
  • breakfast;
  • heating;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • filtered drinking water;
  • a kettle and tea;
  • bed linen and towels;
  • a daily light room refresh;
  • ordinary bathroom amenities;
  • luggage holding before check-in or after checkout, when arranged;
  • use of the Map and Tea Room and guest garden.
     

The booking summary remains the commercial source of truth. It shows the exact room, guests, dates, meals, taxes, payment schedule and cancellation terms before confirmation.

Included only in particular rooms

Some features belong to a room category rather than to the whole hotel.

These include:

  • lake-facing orientation in the Shore Rooms;
  • a full writing desk in the Orchard Rooms;
  • four permanent beds and a small refrigerator in the Family Rooms;
  • the kitchenette and step-free entrance in the Garden Studio.

Available by arrangement

Depending on notice, capacity and operating conditions, we may be able to arrange:

  • twin or king bed configuration;
  • a cot;
  • a high chair;
  • an evening meal;
  • a packed lunch;
  • laundry;
  • arrival transfer coordination;
  • a fan in warmer weather;
  • additional access information.
     

A request becomes a commitment only when it has been confirmed.

Charged separately unless an offer includes it

Dinner, packed lunches, laundry, transfers and outside activities are normally additional services.

Some offers include one or more of these items. The Offer page and booking summary will identify them explicitly.

Not included

Unless an Offer says otherwise, the price does not include:

  • transport to or from Tamga;
  • an external guide or driver;
  • activity or entrance fees;
  • meals other than breakfast;
  • travel insurance;
  • personal purchases;
  • unscheduled private services.

One answer, wherever you read it

The same inclusion should not have one meaning on a room page, another at checkout and a third in an email.
